The company returns and exchanges goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the Law On Protection of Consumer Rights.

Terms of return and exchange

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.

Return conditions for goods of appropriate quality

You can return or exchange the purchased item within 14 days of receipt. In order to process the return, it is necessary to have a sales invoice, as well as the integrity and preservation of the product and all accompanying elements - labels, tags, labels, packaging that were included in the completeness of the product. The product must not be damaged or worn.

Shipping costs:

In the case of a return, the buyer pays the costs.

In the case of an exchange, the costs are paid by the buyer.

In the event of our fault (the wrong size, color, configuration, etc. arrived), we will reimburse the costs.

The money for the product is returned to the buyer within 7 days and only after checking the product.

According to the Law On the Protection of Consumer Rights, the company can refuse the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality, if they belong to the categories that specified in the current List of non-food products of proper quality, not subject to return and exchange.
